The name of our restaurant comes from the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy, where we follow value innovation and unleash new demands. No sushi cards, no buffet, just a cozy environment where the freshest ingredients in the market are made to order and brought directly to you.

Since opening its doors in 2008, Blue Ocean Sushi has been serving high quality food with a controllable budget in mind. Although we specialize in sushi, our menu offers a vast range of both traditional Japanese cuisine and nonconventional items with a Western twist. Stick to tradition by feasting on the classics that include salmon, beef and chicken teriyaki, yakisoba and rice dishes, as well as shrimp and vegetable tempura. Move beyond tradition and try some of our more innovative American favorites such as our Crab Rangoon, a recipe 30 years in the making, the Cheese Burger Roll, breaded oysters or our decadent deep-fried Twinkie with ice cream.
